Roy Beggs MLA has welcomed Danny Kennedy MLA, the Roads Minister’s decision to introduce a Christmas special offer of “five hours for one pound” over the busiest Christmas period for car parks in Carrickfergus and Larne that have a tariff of 30p or more per hour.
