Commenting on recent Anti-Social Behaviour in Carrickfergus, Roy Beggs, Ulster Unionist Party MLA for the area said;
“All parents of teenage children need to know where your children are, who are they with and what are they doing? The relatively small proportion of young people involved in Anti-Social Behaviour risk getting a criminal record that could affect their life chances and even their ability to travel overseas to certain countries. Think of your children and think of the members of the community that are being abused.”
