Roy Beggs MLA has expressed his disappointment at the recent announcement from the First Trust Bank that they are to close their Carrickfergus branch as part of a streamlined, more cost-effective and efficient drive within the organisation.
Ulster Unionist Party MLA, Mr Roy Beggs said “I have written to the First Trust Bank to express my disappointment at the announcement and I have also highlighted the inconvenience that the move will have on many of the First Trust users in Carrickfergus. I can only urge customers who deem themselves to be inconvenienced by the streamlining move, to show their discontent by exploring other banks and building societies in the area.”
