East Antrim UUP representative Roy Beggs MLA has commented on the security alert that saw the Circular Road Roundabout closed through to the Curran Road.
Roy Beggs MLA said “Thanks to the professional work of the bomb disposal experts and the PSNI, I am pleased that the WW1 grenade in Larne was able to be made safe and the roads re-opened relatively quickly – minimising localised disruption.”
