Titanic in Belfast as tragic sinking is remembered 110 years on

It’s one of the most famous ships of all time and, as we all know, Titanic began its brief life in our very own Belfast many moons ago.

The Titanic was built in Harland Wolff’s Shipyard over two years in 1910 and 1911 before setting off in the spring of 1912.

April 15 marks the 110-year anniversary of the tragic sinking of the liner in the Atlantic Ocean after striking an iceberg on her maiden voyage to New York.
