“A visit to the new Orange Heritage museum is well worthwhile.  There are some fascinating original articles on display such as Prince William of Orange’s 17th century damask Linen dinner cloth and the recently acquired original Jacobite musket.  The displays are very professional and the film on orange members who were murdered during the trouble is very moving.  Some local East Antrim items are also on display: the Islandmagee Junior lodge banner and the Glenarm arch.

I understand that whilst there is some interest from the controlled school sector, there is even more interest from the controlled school sector in learning about the history of the Orange Order.  The factual historical record of events can contribute to greater mutual understanding.  The Orange Heritage Museum is certainly another option I would recommend to both local folk and tourists who are interested in history and culture” .
