Roy Beggs MLA, Ulster Unionist representative, has hosted a business breakfast in the town of Larne within his East Antrim constituency.  Guest speakers at the event were Party Leader Mike Nesbitt MLA and Jim Nicholson MEP.

Roy Beggs MLA said “It was great to have so many East Antrim businesses at the breakfast, and the discussion was useful.  I firmly believe that we, as politicians, have a duty to meet as many people as possible in order to get the widest range of feedback possible in order to shape policy decisions.”

The Ulster Unionist Party Councillors for Larne (Cllr Andy Wilson, Cllr McKinty, Ald Morrow) and Carrickfergus (Cllr Stewart, Cllr Millar, Cllr Andrew Wilson) also attended.

Mike Nesbitt addressed the audience on his vision for Northern Ireland business and Member of the European Parliament Jim Nicholson spoke on the impact of the EU on Northern Ireland and about the referendum on membership of the EU.
